Access databases with Linked C/Side Tables

bbenderbbender Member Posts: 28
a customer of ours, is going from C/Side to SQL.

They have Access databases that have linked tables with Queries & reports pointing to the tables & queries.

Is there a tool that will help them change the linked tables pointing to C/Side tables to point to the new SQL tables?

Thanks,
Bruce

I assume you mean that they use C/ODBC to access the database. They should be able to continue using this. Though to be honest I have never used the NAV C/ODBC driver to link to SQl as I never saw the point. Better is to have access query direct on the SQL database.

Come to think of it does the C/ODBC SQL driver even still exist?

They use ODBC Nav driver currently to connect to C/Side Database.
The new SQL table, they will use ODBC SQL drivers to connect to SQL tables.
I was wondering if anyone has a tool that will change the properties of the existing tables to point to the SQL ODBC driver.
    Thank you,
