Departments Rendering Problem (R2 Build 32900)

One of our employees is facing this strange rendering problem with Nav2009 R2 and the build 32900. The links aren't clickable.
He uses win7 (as i does), has the same .net Framework version as i have and the same build as i have. But i dont't have the problem and he has it (he is the only one).
Anyone ever had a similar problem?
I tried to uninstall/reinstall nav2009 r2 but that didn't helped...

FYI, I was able to resolve the issue on my machine by updating my video card driver. WE had a few customers with this issue and unfortunately updating video card drivers did not fix everyone's problem. Some had no choice but to revert back to an older hot fix build.
