"The property exceeds the buffer size" error.

In the Sales Line table if I try to copy the fields to export to Excel I'm getting a "The property exceeds the buffer size" error. The error is coming from the "No." field and nothing has changed in that field. When I try to copy just that field it changes the Length from 20 to 10 and then the error pops up. Any ideas what would cause this?

I'm running 5.0 SP1.

When you say "It changes the length" what are you refering to? What's "IT"? Nav?

You're using the excel buffer?\
What's the code you are using to export the "No." field?

That's the odd thing. This is in the table itself in Design mode. I open the table, highlight the field values to copy it into Excel and I get the error.

Ah, your copying & pasting the table from Nav to excel.

Which version of excel are you using? Earlier versions had a 65000 line limit.

The new versions do not.

How did you determine it was the "No." field?
Did you hide every column but the "No." field, then select all, copy & paste?
