Configuring Application Server Manager for Microsoft Dyn NAV

Hi Everyone,

I am trying to configure Configuring Application Server Manager for Microsoft Dynamics NAV, but i am getting the error that i have attached in this topic
I am using Windows 7 Enterprise, i have installed Application Server (NAS), from setup of Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009 R2.

Any suggestion why and how to fix?

The links where useful, just in Windows 7 it requires Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable Package (x86).
