Server disk error

I have an error in a server disk. I can't to do security copies of Navision because it's show an critical error. The operative system have find an inoperative sector in hard disk. It say me to make a test of the database, but when the test run in datatable 23 and 37 it show me an error.
The server hard disk has inoperative sectors and I can't copy the database.
