Conditional Formatting the NAV controls thru C/SIDE

Hi Experts!
I have developed one form with the controls Text boxes.
Here my Client's requirment is, If the textbox value is 100 then, text box should be with the back color RED and if not 100 then, text box should be with back color GREEN Using C/SIDE.
Is that possible in NAV?
How can we resolve this. Plz Guide me.

Just overlay two colored boxes over the text box and make visible the correct one.

I tried that, but not hpning anything.
I think i doing wrong things.
Could u plz guide me in which trigger of control we have to visible and invisible?

What did you do? What have you tried? What doesn't work?
