Handling of the database open event

Hi all,
Does anybody know about the way of handling this event without using of the external tools?
CompanyOpen trigger in the Codeunit 1 is not acceptable. I need to show the message as soon as the database was opened.
I need this for the SQL and Native databases, so I can't use SQL triggers.
