Why system split one operation in prod. orders?

Hi
I got situation like this:

Routing Linie with Work Center
Setup Time: 10min
Run Time: 10min

Now I got 2 Prod. Orders:
1. 5pcs 7:00-8:00
2. 5pcs 9:00-10:00

Then I create 3rd orderd for 11pcs. When I enter quantity system plan it like this:
8:00-9:00
10:00-11:00

Why system split this one operation? Is there any option to avoid of that?

How do you mean it splits the operation? In the routing it doesn't split the line. In the load it split the lines depending on the setup of the shop calendar.

I mean entries in Prod. Order Capacity Need.
I want to system start 3rd operation, when work center have enough time for whole 2 hours (10:00-12:00).

How is your shop calendar setup? If yo have it setup with for exampla time 08.00-12.00 then it shouldn't split the capacity need. Why do you look at the capacity need isn't it enought just to look at the start time and ending time on the operation?

I tested this situation on Cronus database 2009 R2, where times are setup 8:00-16:00. The same situation I got in my client database 5.0 SP1 where calendar is setup 6:00-18:00.
Using start time and ending time is not solution.
How can I plan production when system tell me:
    Setup Order 1
    Setup Order 2
    Run Order 2
    Run Order 1
    ?
Work Center should be setup before every order...
    Maybe i missed any setup?
