In NAV "Administration/Application Setup/Microsoft Office Outlook Integration/Outlook Synch. User Setup" have you setup there the sychronization entries for the user you want to synch?

Could it be that JACK is not the windows login you are logged into Outlook with?

1.) For each of these lines, have you clicked on each one individually and clicked the "Setup" button and clicked "register in change log setup"

(Also in RTC it is under Related information drop down menu at the top, then "register in change log setup." )

2.)Have you clicked the "refresh" button in Outlook under the Folders Tab?

I have gone through this setup many times in the last few months - it is tricky but it can be done!

    Hi,

I think your Outlook Profile name should be just Jack and not Jack-PC]Jack if your NAV user name is Jack under the Outlook Sync User settings.
