i have an issue
one of my user (only this one user)
every morning , first time open RTC Nav, it prompt me
the server rejected the client credentials
how should i fixed it?
i already add Authenticate User in
Control Panel→Administrative Tools→Local Security Policy→Local Policies→User Rights Assignment→Access this computer from the network
still happens to this user

Can the user open Classic without any problems?
Anyone know what the problem might be? The ports are open properly. The security on SQL Server has been set to sysadmin, but still getting this error...

I had changed the ClientCredentialType on the client. But when I installed the service tier on my local machine, I didn't change it to match my client setting.

May i know where to chage "ClientCredentialType" on client?
