how to allocate more than 1 resource at a time???

hi all, :lol:

in the sandard Navision for a service item in a service order, there can be Active service order allocation entries with one resource at a time.

I would like to ask if anyone implemented a way were we could allocated more than 1 resource at a time in a service item in a service order..... and how?!

any help is wellcome

    Hi Louis,

    unfortunately I didnt got any replies about this topic.
    We did something custom which doesnt use the default navision module for allocation. Sorry I cannot help.
    If you find any solution please post it.

    Thank you for your reply.

    The only solution I have found is to re-enter, in the same service order, a new service line for the same service item with the same informations ... and it's then possible to assign another resource.

    Somebody else has suggestions ?

    If i am right, we can use the service item worksheet against the service item and you can assign multiple resources to that.

    The service Item Worksheet has not the same functionality as the planning.
    It is used to validate the actual hours spent by the resources.

    The issue is related to the planning, which precedes the activity :
    Planning and Dispatching / Dispatch Board / Planning / Resource Allocation
