Deadlocked tables

hi, again to all.

thanks very much for the help.

everytime the user tries to apply entry this message.

yoyr activity was deadlocked with another user modifying the g/l entry table

start again.

i belive 2 users are accessing one table at the same time.

is there any solution to this.

You can use the LOCKTABLE function.

This will stop any other users from accessing the table until the lock has been removed.

are you using Navision Native DB or MS SQL?
