Good user's right to create object ?

I've a problem with user's right when I try to compile a new object (dataport, table, forms ...).
My user's permission is SUPER and I've a good licence to create object.

Can you Help me please ?

Is the new object number within the range that your license allows for? (Typically somewhere in the 50000 range.) You should be able to see the exact range that that license file is allowed in the license cfg file that comes with the license.

It is on MS SQL Option or on Native DB? If it is on MS SQL you need permission on MS SQL for changing tables. (best is to be DB_Owner)
