Error while installing Nav 2009 R2

Dear,

I am getting the following error report after completion of my Nav 2009R2 installation.

I have checked all the possible ways described previously in mibuso itself but no use.

can anyone suggest me the best way to comeup with good result.

    What kind of installation are you installing,Development,Database,SQL ?
    To what i remmember you should check the event viewer for the errors, and clear the event viewer for ADCS.

    Try login in the system with administrator user id and then try to install.
