Assigning NAV RTC to Users via GPO

Hello,
I would like to assign the RTC installation to the users via GPO. I would like ideally single MSI that would handle it in the same way as setup does. It is nice that setup.exe can handle the configuration, however I cannot assign setup.exe + parameters in GPO. There is a lot of the MSI files in the folders, however running these directly doesn't sort out the dependencies and client configuration as per the stored installation parameters. I have found no documentation on how to handle NAV installation via GPO, is there any?
Has anybody succeeded in installing the NAV RTC via GPO, ideally via assigning it to the user? Would it be possible to provide some step-by-step guide on how to do that?
