Missing Sales Order Make order from BSO

Hi guys,

anyone ever encounter missing SO when make order from BSO. by missing i mean you were given the so number but when lookup to sales list cant find any of them? what possibly could it be?

i unfiltered everything and it was reflected on the status bar already. i had even went to the table level to unfiltered everything.

If the records are not available in the table itself then you need to debug the code and check why the records are not inserting (The records must be inserting because the message is coming :-k ).

A bug like this existed in the first releases of 2.50 and 3.60 for SQL. If you are runnign either of those, then you need to upgrade the executables to 2.60F or 3.70B

You are welcome, but are you actually running on one of those versions? The good news is that even if you are out of support, those newer versions I mentioned will work with your license. So you should be able to solve this.
