Hi Experts,

Is it necessary that we take a existing company backup and then clean all data from tables and then restore it in new database for new company setup? or there is some other way to find a new blank database with all tables, forms & reports in Navision??
Regards,

Rinki

You can also try creating a new company and delete the old company in the same database.

If you have common tables then this method won't fits you, because this way data will not lost after deleting company.

I suggest you to use the GoLive tool, link is below, you could filter only tables, containing "*Ledger*", "*Header*", "*Lines*" tables - this should delete your transactional data.
This way you won't loose data in setup tables, different posting groups and so on.
Another case how could you delete data like Customers, Items and so on... Ok, it could be done only manually...
