microsoft word 11.0 object library

Hi all
Hope someone can help me with this:

Amending an object made by a former employee. In the codeunit there is defined global variable - e.x.:
Name DataType Subtype Length
wdApp Automation Unknown Automation Server.Application

Have spent a lot of time trying to localize this unknown OCX server, but have been unable to find out exact which to use and where to download it from. It is not a part of the Office 2010 installation (have all installed from the pro-version).

Thanks in advance.

It might be that the previous employee had an older version of Word installed. (from the looks of it, it's 2003, since 2010 = 14, 2007=12 (yeah those silly Managers (at least the one who decides on the version no.) at M$ don't use 13 because "I can't think of any logical reason without calling superstition") so 2003 ought to be 11.
In that case you might want to think about using the word automation of office 2010 (aka the word 14.0 object lib) instead.
You might find that the object resumes its normal duties.
