Hi,

I have created a web application for the sales module by exposing Navision web services.

If number of users using this web application, will it consume the number of users from Nav License.

For example, If I logged in through classic client, it will show number of sessions as one.
If two other users is accessing navision database through web application, will it show number of sessions as 3?

Thanks and Regards
Ajay

Those two other users don't consume "NAV Sessions" but they still must be licensed.
There are no bugs - only undocumented features.

    Hi bbrown,

You mean to say, If I have a license with number of users 3,
And 3 are logged in to Navision through classic client, 4th user can not access navision through web application?

    Thanks and Regards

Not quite. "Web Service" users are licensed separately from full-client users. They do not impact your NAV session count. They are licensed on a "named user" bases. Where as your full-cleint users are licensed on a concurrent use basis.
