Sizing of Windows Terminal Server

Hi,
One of my clients is going on the classic client (NAV ver. 2009 R2 64 bit) with SQL server 2008 R2. The number of users currently are less than 10 and a few will be connecting remotely through Windows Terminal services. The number of users will increase a year down the line.
I tried to find a document which will help me in finding the sizing for Windows teminal server but couldnt find it. Can anyone help?
Also wanted to know what is the profile (permissions) required for active directory in case the client wants to opt for Windows authentication.
