My client is using Microsft Dynamics NAV R2. I have a developed DB (local) with me and I want to make it server. Pls guide me with the roadmap that how can I make a R2 DB fro server access without SQL Express.

Put your local db on the server, share the folder.
Let the client connect from his pc in the same network.

On the other hand, if you mean RTC-server, and you don't want to user SQL Express, then I'd suggest another flavour of SQL might fit your needs (but those will be paid).
If you however mean that you don't want to use SQL (at all), then no, there is AFAIK no possibility to use the RTC with native DB.
