Does anybody have an example of reporting data to a text file?

Can you be more specific? There are lots of ways, from save as HTML and opening it up to checking off "print to file" in the printer dialog. Also using cal code "write" functions to dataports. Export it to excel and save it as text.
So we really need to know what you are trying to accomplish to help.
What have you tried so far? Have you tried searching the forum?

I wanted to create a report that would create a textfile for a dataport. Normally, I would just create a dataport for it but in this case, the dataport needed to come from indented data sources. Anyway, I figured it out. Thanks for the response.0
