My guess is (after testing), it's just transformed to a Page but not used by the RTC.
Send to Word or Excel don't run any NAV code in the RTC.
Please correct me :^o

In classic we have Send to Option where we can select Word,Excel and Internet Explorer in form 693.
But I never saw that option in RTC.
