Item is not Showing in Update POS Inventory Lookup.

Dear All,
I have a sitiuation where i am updating inventory lookup from store , but some quantities are not showing and calculated in Inventory lookup table, i would appreciate your help in this, what might be the problem causing this miscalculation of Data.
this is only happening for some items.
