Installation of Navision 3.70 IN on Windows 2003

Hi,

While installing Navision 3.70IN, we are encountering an error message from Navision Installshield Wizard as follows:

InstallSHIELD WIZARD Complete.

The wizard was interrupted before Microsoft Business Solution could not be completely installed.

Your System has not been modified. TO complete installation at another time, please run setup again.

Click FINISH to exist the wizard.

The message indicates that the installation was intruppted and hence the system was not updated.

The machine has Windows 2003 Server as OS and Navision Application database - SQL Server 2000 also resides on the same machine.

Any insights on this aspect would be helpful

Somewhere on the forum I see same problem and someone wrote, that Navision must be installed before you install terminal services on the Win 2k3 system... :-k

I have Navision 3.70 installed in a 2003 Terminal server and didn't have any problems. We installed Navision after installing terminal server, so I don't think that can be the problem.

I think that this problem was with Navision 4.0... seems that it is not this problem there... #-o

    This is suck of fantastic!!!
I think I'm the only one who meet this problem.
Actually, the problem is on the Windows 2003 Installer, I don't know every software that I installed in the machine always said has been finished/done without being processed.
I have no choices rather than reinstalling the Windows 2003 Server, and then problem gone.
Let me know if anyone know how to resolve this without reinstalling.

    That's it.
