Copy/paste with mouse shuts down NAV

Hello,

I have a customer on Navision 4.0 SP3 C/SIDE and when they try to right click on a field in any form it shuts down NAV before it even gets to the list of right-click functions...but it does work okay if they Ctrl-C, Ctrl-V to copy one field to another. Has anyone seen this before? I tried the standard deleting the .zup, but that didn't help...

It's nothing to do with copy paste, its Right Mouse that is the issue.

Sounds like a virus.

Thanks for your response...this is happening on all machines and in the live (server version) and test (local database) systems so we do not think it's a virus...could something be corrupt with the database?

If I remember correctly, it is bug in NAV4SP3 version with first hotfix for Win Vista/7. I recommend to use latest hotfix or latest version of NAV.
