RTC reports font size

One user at a client site cannot print any RTC reports properly. The font size is so small it is unreadable. This only happens with report that contains an RDLC layout. She is able to print classic reports OK from RTC and can print all reports OK from Classic.
Other users can login to the same computer and print the same report on the same printer without issue. The problem user has tried multiple computers (all runing W7 Professional) and always has the same problem. Is there somewhere that this printing "preference" would be stored? Has anyone else had similiar issues?
This same user also has intermittent issues where her screen display font size will suddently become huge in RTC, where only 1 word fits on the screen. She has had that happen on multiple computers.
Any input would be greatly appreciated.
