What report are you referring to? Is it the local currency exchange rate or just the numeric display in the report?

If you just referring to the numeric display then what all you need is to change the format of you windows local regional setting, such as Arabic (Saudi Arabia) and in under "Additional settings" set the value of "Use Native Digits" to National.
