RTC Login Problem in NAV 2009 SP1

Hello

Classic Client working ok with windows authantication.

but when i am connecting to RTC this error occurs:

Either the caller does not have the required permission or the specified path is read-only.

1 - NAV Server on Windows server 2008(Domain)
2 - Database on Same system(NAV Server)
3- RTC Client on Windows XP(Log in as domain user)

Service on Client computer running properly.

when i am connect as different user2 on this computer RTC working properly, but with this user1 gives me error.

and on another computer which has RTC running with user2, i try with this user1 gives me same error.

Means the problem is with user1 only.

I tried mant thing but didn't succeed.

Help me out to solve this Problem.

What about the roles assigned to 2 users?

i find this link in search but didn't worked for me.

Same role to both user (Super role).

Standard or extended security? Have you sync the permissions? Which roles has the user1 and user2?

Standard Security. Already sync the permissions. user1 and user2 both have super role.

Ok, than, have the users different permissions on the SQL Server?

Both user have same permissions on Sql server.
