Navision Thru Web

Dear All,

We working in Nav 2009 R2 on SQL Server 2008 R2 platform.

1. We want that my parties(vendors/customers) can view their ledgers thru web. ( They can see their own ledgers only.)

2. Parties can select Retail Scheme ( Schemes are already defined in the Nav system) thru web.


How is it possible in Nav ?

You can use webservices to publish the data you need and you need someone create webapp to look at the data. Or you need to buy some already created solution...

We can publish the data thru webservice, but how can we write into the database thru web (question no 2) ?

You can do CRUD (Create Read Update Delete) thru webservices. Infact you can execute most of the NAV logic thru webservices.
