LS Retail - Loyalty Management

Hi,

i am using LS RETAIL 2009.1 SP1, the loyalty management is working fine as per standard (i.e., Issue of points, Redemption of Points).

Instead of generating points, we are offering 10% discount on every sale made at POS.

kindly advice how to configur this in POS.

For 10% discounts, are you redeeming the loyalty points???

No, we are not issue or redeem points.

instead we are offering 10% discount on every purchase.

To offer 10% discount on every purchase for Loyalty customers.

Define a Discount offer with 10 as discount percentage.Select 'All' as Type in the offer line.
Attach the loyalty scheme code to the offer.
