SQL Server log size

Hi,
Is it normal for Navision to produce SQL Server logs of 11 gigabytes in an hour?
My client is an exporter who typically scans the barcodes of 200,000 items in an hour. That works out at about 55 kilobytes of log per item. My background is SQL Server (not Navision). To me, 55KB per item seems a lot.
Any comments gratefully received.

In your SQL enterprise manager you should check the recovery model of your database (database->properties->Options Tab).
If you use 'Simple' or 'Bulk-Logged' the Log file with not grow in such a rapid way.
BUT, of course this has some drawbacks in the backup/restore department
#-oNow, let's see what we can see.
