Updating sales invoice line currencies

Hi there
I am working on a modification in the job module. I have to be able to invoice in the customers currency, and not the currency on the job.
I have made it work without much code, when the job is in LCY and the customer is using a foreign currency. However, when the job is in foreign currency and the invoice is in LCY, it doesn't work (prices are not changed according to the LCY). I havent't checked if it works if both job and customer use different foreign currencies.
My question is: is there some asy way to update invoice lines when changing currency from the code ?
