Prep general Item Table migration with Excel template

Hi:
We have a NAV provider at the "preferred supplier" stage of selection, and I am trying to get ahead of the game by prepping some Item Master records for load by Data Port.
Can anybody point me to a good Excel template in which to collect cleansed and formatted data, please?
