differences btw NAV.CMR and MS CRM

could anyone tell me which are the main features/differences between Microsoft CRM and Navision Attain CRM? How easy is it, or not, to link both packages to each other?

Main difference> Navision Attain CRM is Navision module, Microsoft CRM is external application... (technologically it is as compare MS Explorer and Total commander or something... :-)

Navision Attain CRM is connected to Navision but is not able to be used separate. Microsoft CRM is standalone and connected to MS Outlook but is no easy way to use it with connection to Navision.

But I have no enough experiences with Microsoft CRM now ;-)
