Hi, we have two consultants in one project, one freelance and one Microsoft partner, day one all the implementation done by the freelance caused some communication problem with the local people, now if we still want to appoint the freelance consultant, how can we CONTROL to avoid him copy our license file ( AM ) for another company usage. Tqs

You can't really. It's a question of trust. Sign an Non Disclosure Agreement and take legal actions if he does it anyway.

How about we control on the User ID permission ? Or can we request a temp license with the expiry date in our license

I don't know how the freelancer does his work but if you restrict him as a user he really can't do much (setup, development, zooming,...). Narrowing the remote access also is useless because of the same reasons. Don't look for workarounds - either you trust the person you work with or not. After all, you trust him to work on one of your clients... About the license expiry date option contact MS.

If you don't trust the Freelancer, then don't use them. Same with your employees, what can you do to stop them taking the license somewhere.

Focus on the customer and solving the issue at hand of delivering them a high quality product and stop wasting time worry about silly things.
