Report 7151 - Item Dimensions - Total empty no data

Hello,
a customer tell us that a month agio the report in subject returned data.
Executing it now with same parameters is all blank and only header filter are printed but no body.
The only way to have some data is to add new conditions in filter Include Dimensions but the customer doesn't want that.
How to solve?
