General Posting group Does not Exist

Dear Experts,

I am trying to post the statement for our Non UAE stores(Different currency store).


But it's giving this error.


The General Posting Setup does not exist.

Gen.Bus.Posting Group='Domesic', Gen.Prod.Postong Group=''



I have tried adding up this setup, but i am unable to create the Gen.Prod.Posting Group as blank!.

I cannot make Gen.Prod.Posting Group as blank.

Kindly tell me how can i fix this?

Hi Fahd

In the Functionality Profile, Automatic Stock update will be unticked and the Item you have sold on POS will have Gen. Prod. Posting group field as blank. From Trans. sales entry check the Item and give the Gen. Prod. Posting Group for the Item and then post the statement.

Thanks alot Rajat, yes there was one item without Gen.Prod Posting group. It worked now!!
