No paste option in user suite

I have a user where it is not possible to use paste while in menu suite designer. The user can insert and delete without any problem; he can copy and cut, but paste has dissappeared ](*,) Right mouse button doesn't even show it. Has anybody else experienced this? And if so, was there a fix?
It is a user specific problem. Other users do not have a problem. No data in the system tables relating to that person.

NAV 2009 R2
Runnning on a virtual machine
Windows server 2008 R2

User working directly on the machine via Remote desktop
