Replicate Data between SQL Server databases

Hi!

Now, I have 300 companies in classical .fdb database and I replicate data between laptops and central with software by Rapidionline (www.rapidionline.com)

But I consider change from classical database to SQl Server... And in this new scenario, I will have one central database (in SQL Server) with 300 companies, but I need that one (or more) of my employees can downloaded specific companies to his laptop, work "offline", and latter, upload the information to central database. (This is beacause my employees are consultants and they do accounting in other offices without Internet connection)

The only question is... SQL Server does synchronize data between two SQL Server databases? or I need externel tool to do this?
