Nav RTC crashes while opening

hi all,
i have installed nav 2009 R1 in domain..
there are two clients running with Microsoft dynamics. the operating system on both the client is windows vista business.
Here if i connect via first userid the nav RTC opens successfully. if i changed the domain id form that pc and connect the server it works fine. but from second box i am unable to connect the server using second id (i.e second users domain id). all the configurations for the both pc is fine and same. the error is shown in the snapshot attached.

Please provide me the solution
