Delay Posting Outstanding Orders

Hi All,

After we process outstanding Orders we schedule those Orders to Job Queue. Is there any way I can schedule 1min After user scheduled it. Because, when user schedule outstanding orders we send ship confirmation email to customers because of tracking number issue I want to schedule 1 min after.

Can any one help me with this. Appriciate it.
