Hi!

I have problem configuring NAV adapter in CRM Connector. CRM adapter confugration was OK.
I've activated connector. Object for integration became visible in NAV Adapter Configuration Window. Bur when you actually press 'Cofigure', this error pops up and the configuration ends incomplete and no NAV part gets configured at all [you cannot set the map up].

crmconnectorerror.png
"Skipping object definition generation for Integration Customer Card, an unknown format was found"

I compiled all objects in NAV, and the Customer table is empty [just in case].
Does anyone know anything about this? 'Unknown format' of what?

BR,
RG

    Hi,
This is mean, that connector cannot recognize something in your Customer Card Page structure.
Standart Customer Card has no issue, so probably your Page is heavily customized.
I would suggest to create Another, simple page for Customer Integration and publish it instead Existing Customer Card.

    Thanks,
    Konstantin
