NAV APPCRASH

Since a few weeks we've got a problem.
We've implemented some functions which send emails out of NAV to support a kind of workflow.
For this, I use the codeunit 400 (mail) or the serivce email queue.
Independent from the technicel way we've got the problem, that NAV crashes when the funktion is used.
The email arrives as normal, but NAV crashes.
We use NAV with the citrx xen app desktop for all purposes.
When I use my notebook in our LAN to initiate this function it works fine.
If I use this notebook at home via VPN (Any connect) , it crashes.
If I use a thin client in our LAN, it crashes too.
What is this??? I thougt the desktop functionality is independent of the hardware??
Here are the error details (sorry, only in german)
