401 on just one service

We have a .Net page consuming around a dozen NAV services successfully (some pages, some code units). However, for some reason, when we try to consume a service that is using page 5724 (Cross Reference List), we get a 401 unauthorized. The user in question has the SUPER role and we are able to access 5724 from RTC.
Is there some setting that might be to blame?
