Blank Object ID in Permission Table

Hi all,

What does blank object id in Permission table with read, insert, modify, delete, execute set to yes means?

That means 'for all objects' of that type.

hi denster,

if its menusuite for a purchaser which he/she only to
view purchase instead of main-purchase, how should we proceed ?
i check their role id,
set as menusuite : blank, allowed insert, allowed modify, allowed delete!

I think the best way to do it is to set permissions on tables, and then the menusuite will take care of itself. You'll have to do some digging around in the help files though, I don't usually set up permissions.
