WINHTTP fails from Navision

I have designed a codeunit to send a credit card number from within Navision to the credit card processor using WINHTTP. If the credit card is approved, I get a nice text file back with the approved message.
Everything works fine on the server PC (Running Windows 2008 R2). And it works fine on a Windows 7 PC.
But it will NOT work on the PCs running Windows XP SP 3. Instead I get: "501 Method not implemented" in my "return string" in the text file.
I have tried disabling fire walls, upgrading Internet Explorer, etc. Would greatly appreciate any ideas! ](*,)
