Migration 4sp2 to 2009R2

Hi,
I’m working on a migration and i need to create some fields. When I try it fives the following error. You don't have the permission to create the fields "X". Contact your administrator to update your program license. Is there any way to bypass this problem?
Details: i have this problem in the Sales shipment line table which “posting date” in the version 4 has:
Yes 5005399 Posting Date Date
But in 2009 R2 has :
Yes 131 Posting Date Date

This should trigger you to figure out if something has been implemented that can be replaced with standard NAV. I hope you are in the analysis phase of the project where you can still make a quote for this.
Go to the NAV partner that has developed the add-on and discuss the issue with them.
