Item Tracking with 2 country

Hi guys,

a case of user feedback:
item tracking cannot be displayed in PO> functions> Item Tracking
user asked a questions where myself don't quite understand (mainly because of being a navision novice myself)
why is the 2 country (eg:country A AND country B) not appearing?

did i miss any setup ? i checked that the
-item tracking code appeared in purchase line.
-item card with all outbound appearing.

    You either have a customised version or the SG version has some functions which don't exist in Europe. The following is valid for a standard NAV version in Europe:
    - Item Tracking has nothing to do with Countries
    - In the PO the Item Tracking Lines can be found in the Line Menu, not in Functions
    - A field Item Tracking Code does not exist in the purchase line
