Change permissions when start nav

Hi I want to change the permissions of the users when they open Nav2009 SQL out of the office, i now this because in the table o sessions the name of the machine is one and no more. The problem is when i change the permissions, not validate this, i don´t now where put the code. Sombody help me please¿?, thanks. The option of use page is don´t posible because the client don´t want to expend much money.
